The press granulator for compound feed for compound feed consists of a welded frame on which all the main components are attached: a housing, a tension plate with a counter drive, an engine. Granulating matrices with different hole diameters (from 2.5 mm to 10 mm) are installed in the machine body. The pressing area is closed by a door. A receiving pipe is attached to the door, through which the product from the mixer air conditioner is fed into the pressing section. There is a hatch on the door to control the position of the knives when adjusting them. The product is discharged through the nozzle located at the bottom of the door. The rotating parts of the granulator are protected by fences. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system.
